Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

At Dhaani’s Kingdom, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free return and exchange experience. Here’s what you need to know about our policies:

Return Policy:

Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders.
Please check the product page for the return and exchange policy specific to each item.
Note that Made to Order items are generally not eligible for returns.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacements:

To be eligible for return or replacement, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging.
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery via the ‘My Order’ section in our app.

Return Process:

Once you request a return, we’ll arrange for a pick-up by our courier partners. This pick-up will take place within 3-5 business days upon receiving your return request.
After the pick-up is completed, we will initiate the refund process.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours through the ‘My Order’ section.
For cancellations, you can also contact us via email at [email] or call us at [phone number] (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).
Please note: Dhaani’s Kingdom reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation from the customer. We may also verify orders before shipping, which may include obtaining confirmation from the customer.

Refund for Cancelled or Returned Products:

We will process your refund within 3 business days in the case of an order cancellation.
If you’re returning a product, the refund will be initiated after the product is picked up by our courier partner.

Refund Timeline:

In both cases (order cancellation and returns), you can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days.

Partial Order Returns:

Yes, you can return individual products from your order as long as they are eligible for returns. Please do keep in mind that there may be items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Garment Sizing Issues:

If you encounter sizing issues and need a different size, please request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product through the ‘My Order’ section or contact our customer service team.
In certain cases, minor size and fit alterations may be available for orders placed within India, subject to availability.
If the requested size is not available, we will provide you with the option to return the product.
